Crimson glory vine jam “Kibudo Jam”
Grape jam with less sugar made from Crimson glory vine harvested in Iwate prefecture
“Kibudo Jam” has a rich and delicious taste of Crimson glory vine. The skins and pulps are cooked together and then strained through a sieve to produce grape puree. Coarse crystal medium soft sugar from Tanegashima is added to the puree for thickening. Its sauce-like texture with natural sourness with low sugar contents below 45 degrees can be consumed in many ways of your choice.
Crimson glory vine jam “Yamabudo-to-Ringo-no-Jam”
Blended jam with less sugar made from Crimson glory vine harvested in Iwate prefecture and apple
Puree of Crimson glory vine and apple puree are mixed to obtain a nicely balanced flavor and texture. Its unique taste is created by a good combination of sweetness and sourness from both fruits. Oligosaccharide is used for the mixed puree to produce a desired consistency with low sugar contents below 45 degrees. Due to the presence of apples, the jam is thicker than “Kibudo Jam” in texture, but mild in taste.
