“Minori” is a grape juice made from Vitis amurensis (Amur grape), another species found in the East Asia. Amur grape has less astringency and bitterness than Crimson glory vine, thus the species does not require a longer aging period. You can enjoy refreshing acidity and light aftertaste. You will also relish the change of its taste from season to season.
